It's nearly impossible to have high testosterone when:

There is inflammation
Gut toxins destroy the Leydig cells (where testosterone is produced)
Gut toxins inhibit mitochondrial function
Testosterone-boosting nutrients can't be absorbed due to intestinal inflammation

You can follow the perfect diet, but if:

you have overgrowth of a pathogen
your transit time is too fast which prevents nutrient absorption or
your transit time is too slow that causes inflammation

...then that's what's causing your testosterone and DHT to be low.

Luckily it's quite easy to fix.

You just need to:

Implement the PC model (1 protein and 1 carb source per meal)
Optimize your transit time
Reduce intestinal inflammation
Kill any persistent pathogens if there are any
