One of the main approaches I take with a testosterone and DHT meal plan is the PC model.

1 protein source and 1 carb source per meal.

The reasons for this are to:

simply things
know what works and what doesn't
be consistent with 1 thing
maximize the things that are important

It's hard to eat the right thing in the right quantity if you're doing too many things at once.

This also counts for business, exercise, supplements, etc.

Simplify.

Stick to the basics.

I always ask: "Are you willing to do something crazy?"

If it's yes, we implement this model.

If it's no, we implement this model.
