Let's talk about testosterone boosters.

In 2023, the testosterone booster supplement market was valued at $3.4 billion.

Most people, when they want to increase their testosterone, start with a testosterone booster.

I did too.

However, the big problem with testosterone boosters (along with many others) is that 99% of them don't increase luteinizing hormone (LH).

LH is released from the pituitary of the brain to stimulate the Leydig cells of the testes to pump out testosterone.

Without LH, you don't have testosterone. No matter how many T-boosters you throw at your testes (not literally), your T won't go up if your LH isn't going up too. (ask me how I know).

There are a few herbs and supplements that can increase LH.

And they do so for a specific reason.

There are 6 big LH promotors and most of us only need to optimize about 2 of them.

Using a supplement that doesn't target the 2 you need most isn't going to do much for your LH.

This is why I'm such a big promoter of testing.

Testing to find out which promotors you need to focus on so that you can do a targeted approach to fix it.

Test don't guess.

Don't spray and pray with supplements.
