Men who are prone to:

Anxiety
Easily stressed
More fearful
Ruminating and overthinking
ADHD
Short, hard flaccid (penor looks like it was dipped in ice water)
Emotional fluctuation (generally happy, but can easily become depressed, hopeless and discouraged)
Excessive sweating (hands, feet and pits)
Stress hyper-responsiveness (even a small stressor might seem like a big stressor. This can cause you to beat yourself up for how you handled things.)
Cold hands and feet
Addictive behavior (and even unfaithful behavior)

The sympathetic nervous system is part of your body's "fight or flight" response. Imagine it like a quick-response team that kicks in when you're in a scary or stressful situation.

It helps you react fast by speeding up your heart rate, making you breathe faster, and sending more blood to your muscles, so you're ready to either face the situation or run away.

This system works without you thinking about it—like a built-in alert system that prepares your body to deal with challenges or danger.

These stress hormones are cortisol, noradrenaline and adrenaline.

When someone is sympathetic dominant, they have an excess of these, making them prone to the symptoms described above.

The sympathetic nervous system is opposed by the parasympathetic nervous system, controlled by acetylcholine and GABA.

Acetylcholine and GABA help to chill you out and focus, but in excess, they can also make you feel flat.

5-alpha reductase creates not only DHT (from testosterone), but also other GABA-ergic neurosteroids.

Micheal messaged me yesterday saying he started following the advice in the DHT course and on the second day, all his mental chatter was gone.

That's the power of 5-alpha reductase and DHT.

This is why boosting DHT has been much more impactful for me than increasing testosterone.

DHT has superior mental and sexual benefits over testosterone.

And this is also why hypothyroidism affected me so much in the past. Because T3 is the most powerful stimulator of 5AR and DHT. (I've added a bonus section in the DHT course on thyroid maxxing)

Even if you're not as severely sympathetic dominant as I was, DHT can still help. It doesn't just chill you out, but it also increases dopamine.

Combining dopamine with GABA is a powerful combo for calmly taking action. Doing what needs to be done. Let nothing stop you from getting what you want.

This is why I'll always be the biggest DHT proponent as it greatly impacted my life. And I want others to also benefit from DHT as I have.
