Best exercises I've enjoyed this year: I enjoy most exercises, but these have been particularly good.

Bench dips - lean back a little to put more stress on the triceps as opposed to the shoulders
Slight incline (10-degree incline) DB press - just feels amazing for some reason. Flat DB and regular incline feel slightly off, but this one feels perfect.
Rotating skulls - palms facing up at the top and then palms facing the ground at the bottom.
Plate curls and skulls - Just feel more amazing compared to DB curls or DB skulls.

Fun activity I do almost daily: Trampoline

Lifting PRs:

Military press: 70kgx11
Pull-ups: 40kgx2 (93kg body weight)
Dips: 60kgx2 (93kg body weight)

Best purchase this year: Trampoline

Best decision: Doubling down on a specific Jay Schroeder program. It's a program to fix muscle imbalances. The more imbalances we have, the more likely we are to get injured. After doing it consistently and getting good at it, my body is feeling much more stable and resilient than before. This is also how I fixed/removed/solved my injuries.

Best business guy discovery this year: Alex Hormozi

Things I've been most consistent with: I'm consistent with everything I do as long as they yield me benefit.

Morning walks (just get me ready for the day. It's also a great way to get sunlight and wake up.)
CAT1 program of Jay Schroeder (I got so many good results from it that I felt too guilty not doing it.)
Jumping trampoline (too fun to skip out on anyway)
Egg shakes (with fruit, honey, and collagen powder)
Getting sunlight

Injuries I've overcome:

Right shoulder pain when benching and doing Military press
Lat pain under my left arm when doing pull-ups

Goals for next year:

Grow the Alpha Energy Male show
Get a potential co-host for the AEM show
Move to a bigger house and property with more space
Get stronger in dips, pull-ups, and military press, which will translate to calisthenic exercises, such as the front lever, back lever, and planche.

Testosterone, DHT, submissiveness, and becoming fearless

This is to elaborate on the article and video I did on this topic this week.

What I used back then that had the best results for me:

Gonadin (the old formula)
Aspirin and lots of sugar (milk and sugar most of the time, and/or meat and lots of potatoes)
Heating up - such as sitting in the car in the sun, exercising, using 1g aspirin, etc.
Androsterone - just 2 drops were good enough for a strong effect for me. If I used more I would get extremely irritable and short-tempered.
Tribulus Terrestris (3g daily of the NOW brand.)

3 quotes I've been pondering lately

#1 "If I can breathe, I can decide." Or, another variation. "If I can breathe, I'm in control." It's a very powerful quote. If you feel overwhelmed for whatever reason, remind yourself to breathe. I heard this on a podcast, but can't recall who said it. You can use this quote for almost anything. "If I can breathe, I can...(insert whatever here)"

#2 "If you do something for a very long time, it would be unreasonable not to be great at it." - Alex Hormozi.
I'm paraphrasing a bit here. But it comes down to not giving up. If I do this for 1 to 5 to 20 years, how good will I be? Who is willing to do what I'm willing to do? Almost no one. If you're just consistent, you'll get the results almost no one will.

#3 "Embrace the suck" - David Goggins. If you embrace the suck, you can be persistent and become unreasonably good. And when it sucks, remember to breathe... "If I can breathe, I can embrace the suck, and become unreasonably good."
