No one knows how much they can achieve, because they don't push themselves hard or long enough.

Our perspective of what we can achieve is limited to our current abilities.

But as we work on our goals on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis, we get better and what we know we can achieve changes.

The work works on you more than you work on it.

I realized this year that I'm more driven than ever before.

But I know next year I'll be even more driven.

It's daily saying no to what you don't want and yes to what you want, even if you don't see the results immediately.

And doing that over and over so that you can get better and better at it.

To the point where people will say you're gifted or born that way.

Nah, it's the hard work.

And that makes life more enjoyable.

The harder you work on what you love, the better you will become and the more you will enjoy it.

And the best way to stay motivated and driven is to have high androgens.

Men with high testosterone and DHT are more driven to accomplish what they deem important in life.

And other people are drawn to that. Because they want it too.

People like your kids, your wife, friends, etc.

Moral of the story: always be testosterone, DHT and goal maxxing.

You can achieve your goals with low testosterone, but it will likely be much harder and less enjoyable.

You can have high androgens without goals, but that almost makes life less fulfilling.

It's best to do both.

Testosterone is like money
