Very interesting, and intuitive stuff. My ancestral heritage is this kind of people, Sikhs, who took on empires and lived wholesome high DHT lives on horses and farming. However, they had a lacto-vegetarian diet. How much can your programs be followed whilst avoiding meat/seafood/eggs?
