The Anti Vitamin A fad will crash like all the others diet fads. The only positive aspect is the importance of eating enough soluble fiber. When I started peating I had great improvements but than slowly I switched from whole fruit to juice, mostly out of convenience and over time my digestion suffered. Since going back to whole fruit things are improving. But vitamin A is essential and liver is a "super food". A shame what is happening to the RPF.

For sure. Especially since they don't have good leaders. They get some things right, but Garret is going completely off the cliff with a lot of things.
