Pro-metabolic Shredder Formula: Fat loss for a slow metabolism
Do you struggle with mid-section fat or with any other fat that, no matter how hard you train or how long you fast, or how extreme you cut your calories, it just sticks like flies on a horse?

I don't know about you, but that sounds unfair. Why can others eat more and stay leaner, but we can't!?
Just diet harder?
Most fitness influencers will have you believe that all you need to do is diet harder. Cut calories harder. Although that is standard advice for people with a normal metabolism, for those with a slow metabolism, it will take you nowhere slowly. On the contrary, calorie restriction and fasting can make things even worse.
Those who have gotten "lean" with a calorie deficit, will find that it's very hard to maintain that leanness.
We often have to eat in a deficit all the time just to not gain the weight back, and we're hungry all the time.
I don't know about you, but a slow metabolism SUCKS!
And on top of that, there is always this stubborn fat that just doesn't go away. Veins can be popping in our arms and shoulders, but we still have this spare tire. The wind better not blow from the front otherwise it's going to reveal that protruding pouch.
There is a solution!
After struggling (for a few years) with a slow metabolism myself, and finding myself on the verge of wanting to give up, I decided to pick up my balls and tackle this bull by the horns myself.
And by that I mean, I got down in the dirt and dug through all the rabbit holes I could possibly find on metabolism and fat loss. I researched like a maniac, trialed, and tested (on myself) like a mad scientist until I finally struck gold! After perfecting my pro-metabolic fat loss formula, you can imagine how over the moon I was to see my midsection fat literally melt away! My energy started feeling cleaner and more stable, and as a side bonus, I even started feeling and looking more androgenic.
The secret is out
If you've been following me for a while, you will have noticed that I was a bit bulky (looked puffy) just a couple of years ago. Even though I was doing everything "right" and had been doing things right for almost a decade, my slow metabolism was catching up with me and I started struggling to shake the fat off (especially in my face and mid-section). Even being PUFA-depleted for a few years didn't help me anything and seemed to have worsened things for me.
This is how I've been able to lose fat easily, stay lean while putting on muscle, and get harder for the last couple of years. If you don't believe me, here's a photo of comparison.
On the left is me in 2021 when my slow metabolism was at its worst, and that face was just me trying to hold my breath to suck in my gut.
Now, it's important that you take note that I was still doing everything right in the first photo.
My diet and lifestyle were all still on point but something was going wrong. As a coach, it's embarrassing to start struggling with something and not have all the answers. Until I did my homework and soon realized that no one really knows how to solve this problem. They often make it sound like they've got the solution, but then you start realizing that they're just "sugarcoating" a huge deficit and a low-nutrient diet. OR they took the easy route of liposuction or fat loss injections and don't know what the fook they're talking about.
Today, after I've had my share of the pain and struggles of a slow metabolism, I can confidently say that no one has ever found a pro-metabolic fat loss formula like I have worked so hard to put together. I can also now confidently say that this slow metabolism thing isn't something you have to continue struggling with and that I can help you get rid of it once and for all!
If you're still not yet convinced that I know what I'm talking about, let's look at what the research leads to.
A slow metabolic rate is caused by:
- Low free testosterone
- High (tissue) estradiol
- Elevated prolactin
- Low thyroid hormone
- Low noradrenaline and adrenaline
- Nutritional deficiencies (specific vitamins and minerals)
- Gut issues (overgrowth of various undesirable bacteria that keep us fat)
If you do an organic acid test, you might see several of the "Intestinal Microbial Overgrowth" markers elevated like these.
This clearly shows bacterial dysbiosis and fungal overgrowth and this leads to:
- Low-grade inflammation
- Depletion of glutathione/NAC
