Fixing PFS: teaching you how to resolve post-finasteride syndrome for good

Everyone misses the big picture when it comes to fixing PFS

A lot of people think that PFS is simply just because of low DHT, since finasteride inhibits 5 alpha reductase. But that's not the only reason why people get PFS.

If fixing PFS was as easy as boosting DHT, then everyone would have been fixed already. Yes ofc DHT is helpful, it's just not the complete picture.

PFS is due to 8 main reasons (and yes it does exist)

The worse is that most doctors deny that PFS even exists and want to treat you with anti-depressants. "It's all in your head," they say. But they are completely unaware of the 100s of studies been done on PFS already.

As I mentioned, there are 8 main reasons for PFS. Finasteride doesn't just lower DHT. On the flip side, blood tests for testosterone and DHT might be normal, but someone might still have PFS. This is because of these 8 reasons.

If you address only 3 of the 8, you'll get benefits, but not complete resolution. If you address all 8, you'll get resolution and can do even better afterward than what you did before finasteride.

Let me make this analogy. If you have a thorn in your foot and it's causing inflammation, are you going to take a painkiller and just put a plaster over it? No, you're going to remove it to get rid of the root cause.

The reason why some people don't recover from PFS is because they don't address the root cause.

Not everyone gets the same side effects

Some people only get erectile dysfunction, others mainly anxiety, while others get the full package of sexual and cognitive side effects.

The list of side effects is long and extensive. Some of them include:

  • Erectile dysfunction
  • Numb dick or your dick feels rubbery and disconnected from your body. Almost like it's just a piece of meat that's surgically attached to your body with no brain-dick connection.
  • Watery semen; not thick and white
  • Weak or anhedonic orgasms
  • Anxiety
  • Insomnia
  • Low motivation and drive
  • No desire to be social, since it takes so much energy
  • Struggling to feel connected to others. Feeling emotionally blunt.
  • Depression and hopelessness
  • and so on.

That's why I've dedicated a chapter to solving each specific symptom.

Why does not everyone get PFS?

Everyone is different and different supplements, foods, toxins, etc, affect everyone differently. Just like 1 person can eat everything in sight and stay lean, another cannot. Just like someone might get Parkinson's disease, not everyone will.

Similarly to finasteride, it affects everyone the same, but some people are more resilient to its side effects.

One person might get PFS after just 1 pill, whereas another will get PFS after 20 years. There is nothing wrong with you if you get PFS, your body is just more likely to succumb to the side effects of finasteride.

It also means that you need to be careful with most 5 alpha reductase inhibitors in the future or it might make your symptoms worse. Chapter 10 in the course shows you exactly what to avoid.

Why do some recover quickly and others don't?

Someone might recover in 2 weeks whereas someone else hasn't recovered after 10 years. In person 1 the thorn was likely not very deep and came out by itself. Person 2 might have their thorn deep inside and need to do more things to get it out. Waiting it out isn't going to work.

You have to identify what's holding you back and then solve that. Chapter 9 discusses all of the tests that will help you identify the root cause so that you can fix that.

Seeing what is wrong is like a lighthouse. Without it, you might feel like PFS is a mystery condition. But with clear insight from a test, you know exactly what to fix. And as you see your test number improve, so will your symptoms.

What makes your info different from what's already out there?

How long is recovery going to take?

That's impossible to say since I don't know you, but what we do know is that recovery is possible with the right tools.

Once someone discovers their "unlock", they recover rapidly. Progress can be seen within 2-3 weeks. Sometimes, taking a supplement for the first time is enough for improvement. It just comes down to using the right compounds in the right dosages and combinations.

Is this condition permanent?

Very few things in life are truly permanent. If PFS was permanent, no one would ever recover, yet a lot do. Yes, some people recover slower than others and relapse easier, but it doesn't mean that it's permanent. Those people just need to take special care to use the right supplements and eat the right diet to not relapse.

I've tried everything, what makes your protocol different?

You've tried maybe 5 things. What if I told you that there are at least 50 things and more that you can try? Yes, that might be overwhelming, but giving up is not due to a lack of information or solutions. No one has ever tried everything. Don't give up on solving your problems, I'm here for you (private Whatsapp group when you get the course).

How long are you still willing to wait?

Just like some doctors deny that PFS exists, some people deny that there is a cure.

When I ask them what they've tried, they mumble off a short list of completely irrelevant supplements.

My question to them is always: "Have you optimized your diet?"

Them: "No".

Have you added this supplement? No.

Have you done this test? No, should I?

How could anyone ever expect to recover when they've barely done anything to fix it?

The key to fixing PFS is to strategically address all 8 reasons for PFS. If necessary, do the relevant tests to identify what's holding you back.

PFS isn't a mystery condition. A lot of people have all of these fringe theories that sound good and well, but you can't test for it. All while they haven't done the actual tests that could have shown them things they could have done. Such as low testosterone, or low T3 or gut dysbiosis, etc.
