For example, if you have a folate deficiency that is contributing to ED, Viagra isn't going to fix it. And, the folate deficiency will just get bigger and bigger over time. Which will make Viagra less and less effective as well.

So regardless if you just want to use Viagra or not, ED gets worse over time. E.g. it might be mild in your 30s, moderate in the 40s, extreme in your 50s and severe in your 60s. By the time you get to 50, Viagra barely works anymore.

This is why..."just take Viagra bro!" isn't the best advice and everyone needs to focus on optimizing penile health naturally.
